At CHOI CAFE, care, freshness, and streamlined processes are paramount. Every order is prepared individually and with attention – from egg drop sandwiches to matcha. We work with select ingredients, carefully weigh each portion, and place great emphasis on consistent quality.
Matcha and Hojicha come exclusively from Japan and are traditionally whisked by hand, without pre-batching or premixed blends.
This ensures that every drink and every dish is served in a balanced, consistent manner and with the quality we ourselves expect.
